Please feel free to express openly what your personal style and budget requirements are, as we are flexible and versatile. You are most welcome to make an additional appointment at no cost, should you feel that you need more clarity.
PURCHASE or HIRE OPTION:
We are delighted that you have found a dress from our collection that you love. We require a minimum of two fittings depending on the extent of the alterations.
If you are BUYING a dress, a 70% non-refundable deposit is payable for us to take it out of stock, with the balance to be paid before the date of collection of the dress. Please note that all our garments are dry-clean only.
If you are HIRING a dress a 60% non-refundable deposit is payable for us to reserve the dress for your wedding day. We require the dress to be returned within 3 days after the function. Should there be major flaws in the dress and/or accessories, we will need to discuss remuneration which could lead up to the balance being paid to purchase the dress. Please beware that red wine stains fabric and cannot be removed with dry cleaning. If red wine is spilled on the dress,you will need to pay the balance to purchase the dress.
Please note that the hirer must return the dress without having it dry cleaned as we make use of our own professional dry cleaners.
Full payment must be made and cleared before the collection date.
DESIGN TO MEASURE OPTION:
Once you have carefully decided on your style with the design team, we will need to measure you and order your fabrics. We will need a 50% deposit as confirmation as this will enable the designer to book production time and fittings. Ideally we like to start making your dress 4 months before your event. It is preferable to do your final fitting and collection in the week of the occasion to ensure a perfect fit on the day.
